Let TSS agents close your Supplementary Declarations for you. With the Assisted Completion Service, a TSS agent will complete up to five Supplementary Declarations a month on your behalf. To sign up, click the Assisted Completion button at the top of the screen when looking at your declaration on the TSS portal.
The Trader Journey Assistant will ask you a series of questions to determine which declarations are relevant on your journey, and indicate guidance which you may find helpful to complete these declarations. Once you have completed the questions, you will be brought to a personalised output page, which you can bookmark for future reference.
Supplementary Declaration Assistant
The Supplementary Declaration Assistant will help you complete your Supplementary Declaration, providing you with additional guidance on how to input the information required into the Trader Support Service (TSS) portal. Note: this tool can be used for goods movements from Great Britain to Northern Ireland created on the TSS Portal prior to 1 January 2022.
