TSS feature spotlight: Goods Movement Reference automation

As a TSS GMR registered user, you may have recently been issued a letter via case management reminding you that the HMRC Government Gateway Goods Movement Reference (GMR) authorisation provisioned by TSS is due to expire shortly. This is because authorisations are only valid for 18 months. To continue using the service, your subscription will need to be renewed.

Steps you need to take

The Primary Account Holder logs onto TSS account > Company Profile > GMR automation.

You must provide the Government Gateway Credentials that your organisation used to register with GVMS.

Need more information? Visit the ‘Step-by-step GMR creation via the TSS Portal (GMR automation)’ section in the Creating a Goods Movement Reference guide on NICTA. Specifically useful sections include section 3.1 for information on automating the GMR process and section 3.5.2 Revoke Authorisation.
